If you need more employees, we will select and employ Lithuanians and Ukrainians within a reasonable period of time.
You can fire employees at any time, if the quality of their work does not meet your expectations. All you need to do is notify our project manager 24 hours in advance. You will have to pay for the hours actually worked by the employee. We will send a new employee to replace the one you wish to fire. You can change employees as many times as you need until you have formed a team that suits your needs.
The employees enter the number of hours worked each day using our software. This way, you know your employee leasing expenses of the current month. We also provide detailed reports on each pay day.
If you no longer need employees, please notify us 24 hours in advance. We will send you the final invoice and transfer the employees to work elsewhere. You can enjoy a well-deserved vacation or prepare for new projects stress-free.
